Villa Branko, on the surface of 150 m2, is located on the area of 6.700 m2, surrounded by the vineyards, orchards and meadows, on the meeting point of the untouched nature and well desired peace.
The ground-floor consists of the: Kitchen, bathroom, two single bedrooms, living room and the corridor. Interior wood-stairs lead us to the upper floor which consists of: two bedrooms with two beds, and two single bedrooms, bathroom, the corridor.
A special attention is dedicated to the selection of material for the interior decoration where a top quality silk was used. Colours and tones that prevail in the Villa were used in the creation of the corporate identity. On the terrace in front of the house, there is a set of the garden furniture in a natural surrounding of the autochthonous plants and a shade of pine trees.
In the terrace complex there is a separate toilet with a washing stand and a shower. In the back of the house, the fire place with a grill is available. Near the house there is a garage for two vehicles with a remote lock.
Villa Branko is available throughout the year with a possibility to use the central heating.
